DIA BASIC LEAD STEARATE is a derivative of sulphuric acid and lead mono oxide . It is excellent stabilizer for both rigid & flexible PVC . Excellent thermal stability, Good flow properties and ease of dispersion of TBLS are of considerable advantage in the preparation of PVC compounds.

DIA BASIC LEAD STEARATE is insoluble in water and common solvents.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable for stabilizing PVC which is to be processed at high temperatures or speeds .

Rigid PVC compound that is used for injection moulding of various products, can be stabilised with TBLS.

To stabilise PVC cable sheathing compound.
